Welcome to the NFTE Youth Innovation Challenge website (the “Site”), operated by NFTE Canada in partnership with its program sponsors and affiliated entities (together “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Policy applies to personal information collected, used or disclosed by us in the course of our commercial activities in Canada, including registration for challenges, sales of merchandise, access to the LMS, and other online/offline services.   • Registration/Submission Data: Team member names, project title/description, YouTube link, uploaded pitch deck or presentation file, challenge category selected
  • Transaction & E‑commerce Data: Billing/shipping address, payment information (via third‑party processor), order history for merchandise
  • Usage & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, website analytics, LMS usage data
  • Other Optional Information: Feedback, survey responses, testimonials (with explicit consent)

  • To process your registration for the Challenge and manage submissions
  • To communicate with you about your registration, submission status, finalists, winners, prizes, and events
  • To administer access to our LMS courses, online modules and resources
  • To operate our e‑commerce store, process orders, deliver merchandise, and provide customer support
  • To send you updates, newsletters, promotional offers (only if you have opted in)
  • To operate, improve and secure our website, LMS platform and store (including for analytics and fraud prevention)
  • To comply with legal obligations or protect our rights

Any use beyond these purposes will only be done with your explicit consent unless otherwise permitted or required by law.

5. Legal Basis & Consent
